Clare returned to light training at the start of March and recently stepped up his return by featuring for the Second XI in a Championship fixture versus Leicestershire at the start of May.
Hughes sustained a thumb injury whilst playing for the Second XI last week in the T20 victories against Unicorns.
Wayne Madsen will be out for at least four weeks after undergoing surgery on a finger injury sustained in the LV= County Championship fixture versus Northamptonshire at the start of May.
The Club Captain, who sustained the injury on the final day of the fixture at The 3aaa County Ground, is now expected to be unavailable for a minimum of four weeks.
Elite Performance Director, Graeme Welch said: "It's a blow to lose the Captain at this stage of the season but we have a strong squad and I’m sure lads will step up.
"We have Billy Godleman to come back into the four-day side and other players, such as Scott Elstone and Chesney Hughes, who have shown good form since been given their opportunities.”
Palladino has been absent from the last three LV= County Championship fixtures with a knee injury, but did return to the squad for the away fixture against Lancashire.
Rimmington is currently unavailable with a finger injury and has missed the first two NatWest T20 Blast fixtures this season.
Wayne White has a muscle injury that has prevented him from featuring in the first five LV= County Championship games of 2015.
