Watch highlights from Day One of the Bob Willis Trophy opener against Nottinghamshire as Derbyshire’s fresh-faced bowlers impressed on an even day at Trent Bridge.

Ben Aitchison (1-57) and Michael Cohen (3-47), who are making their first-class debuts for the club, were at the forefront of a post-lunch revival as Derbyshire claimed seven wickets in the afternoon session after the openers had reached 111 unscathed.

Luis Reece continued the form which saw him close out 2019 as Derbyshire’s leading County Championship wicket-taker with 52 dismissals, as he took 2-45 in another economical spell.

Leg-spinner Mattie McKiernan wrapped up the Nottinghamshire innings with two wickets in as many overs as the hosts were all out for 324, leaving Billy Godleman and Reece a tricky four overs to withstand at the end of the day – Derbyshire closing on 9-0, trailing by 315.
