Heading into Day Four on 71-5, and leading by just 39 runs, the young pair battled well in the morning session to take Derbyshire beyond 150 and long into the afternoon.
Snow forced the players from the field with Warwickshire chasing 213 in 41 overs, and a game which ebbed and flowed with both sides enjoying periods of dominance ultimately ended in a weather-affected draw.
