Highlights: Day One vs Worcestershire

Sam Conners claimed a wicket with the first ball of the LV= County Championship fixture, trapping Daryl Mitchell lbw, and the hosts soon found themselves 21-2 when the young quick had Tom Fell caught behind.

However, despite wickets for Matt Critchley, Fynn Hudson-Prentice, Dustin Melton and Ben Aitchison, knocks of 97 from Jack Haynes and 71 from Brett D’Oliveira helped Worcestershire to 336-7 at the close of play.
