George Scrimshaw, Sam Conners, Hayden Kerr, Mark Watt and Mattie McKiernan shared the wickets, but the Falcons were still set a difficult target of 187 after Said Zaib hit 92 for the visitors.
However, Wayne Madsen (73) and Shan Masood (57) guided the Falcons to a historic win at The Incora County Ground, with Leus du Plooy sealing the points with a huge six.
The Falcons move to second in the North Group, with a huge game against table-toppers Lancashire Lightning coming up on Friday.
