Finals Day 2022: Ticket and travel details

Derbyshire Falcons have reached their second Vitality Blast Finals Day in four years after defeating Somerset at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

Mickey Arthur’s Falcons are targeting glory at Edgbaston, where they will face Hampshire Hawks in the semi-final on Saturday 16 July, battling for a place in the final, which will be played later the same day.

The Club will receive a set allocation of tickets from the host venue and these will go on sale first to Members, and then on general sale.

Adult: £89
U16: £26

All tickets are subject to a £2 booking fee.

Tickets will be sold via the priority windows detailed below. Derbyshire County Cricket Club will not be selling tickets to Members or supporters. All tickets must be purchased via Edgbaston.

Members Priority Window:

Tickets will go on sale to Members and Blast Pass holders at 10am on Sunday 10 July, from the Edgbaston website.

Tickets will be limited to two per Member and will be sold on a first come first served basis and Members will need to use their exclusive code when purchasing, which will be provided via an email from Derbyshire.

The Members priority window will run until midday on Tuesday 12 July.

Any tickets remaining will go on general sale to supporters at 12.01pm on Tuesday 12 July, until 23.59pm on Wednesday 13 July.

Note: For 2022 Finals Day, Derbyshire County Cricket Club’s Membership priority window will be exclusive to 2022 Members, Life Members and Blast Pass holders. Derbyshire will not be selling any tickets for Finals Day directly, all tickets must be purchased through the Edgbaston website. 

General Sale:

Any tickets unsold during the Members’ priority window will go on general sale to all supporters from 5pm on Monday 11 July, and will be available from the Edgbaston website. 

In the event of the allocation reaching General Sale, Derbyshire will email previous T20 ticket-buyers and newsletter subscribers with their link to purchase.

Coach Transport from The Incora County Ground:

The Club is assessing the feasibility of providing access to coach travel for the fixture, should there be sufficient demand from supporters.

Arriving by Rail:
Birmingham New Street Station is the main rail hub for the city and there are regular trains from Derby and Chesterfield that morning.

Please note the last departing trains:
To Derby: 10.49pm
To Chesterfield: 10.10pm

Arriving by Bus:
There are regular local buses to the ground from south-west Birmingham and the city centre. National Express buses 45 and 47 have services between the city centre and Pershore Road which is a 2-minute walk to the ground.
