Derbyshire Abroad: Reece takes 4-56 in defeat

Luis Reece led the way with the ball for Gosnells, taking 4-56, but his side were beaten by Mount Lawley in the Western Australia Cricket Association First Grade fixture. 

Reece also finished the game unbeaten on 25 in the second innings, but Gosnells failed to recover from being bowled out for 134 on Day One, leading to a first innings defeat.

Brooke Guest (38) was unable to prevent South Perth CC from defeat to Subiaco-Floreat, while Archie Harrison continued his fine form down under by taking 1-15 and top-scoring with 34 as Northern Districts CC overcame Port Kembla. Mitch Wagstaff (39) top-scored for Corowa CC in their loss to Belvoir.

In South Africa, Leus du Plooy returned to action for Boland Rocks, scoring 30 in a CSA One-Day Cup Division One loss to DP World Lions, while Harry Came guided Claremont to victory with 37 from 52 balls against Bellville CC.

Suranga Lakmal and Mickey Arthur went head-to-head in the Lanka Premier League, with the fast bowler taking 2-29 for Colombo Stars in their victory over Dambulla Aura last week.
