Second XI Fixtures confirmed

Derbyshire’s Second XI fixtures for the 2024 campaign have been confirmed. 

Second XI Coach & Head of Analytics, Chris Highton’s, side will begin the season on Tuesday 9 April, when they face Warwickshire in the Second XI Championship at Portland Road in Birmingham.

Derbyshire’s home fixtures will see them host teams at Repton School, Belper Meadows, Duffield, Denby, Queen’s Park and The Incora County Ground, with the team likely to be comprised of first team players and Pathway prospects, as well as players who have been spotted while on trial with the Club.

Having won the Second XI T20 competition in 2023, the side will begin their defence of the trophy against Leicestershire at Kibworth on Monday 20 May.
