Derbyshire have named an 14-player squad for the Rothesay County Championship fixture against Northamptonshire at The County Ground, starting tomorrow (11am).
Caleb Jewell will be looking to build on his strong start to the season, having scored half-centuries in each of his four innings so far, while captain Wayne Madsen will also be aiming to add to his tally of 236 runs, after signing a new one-year extension with the Club.
Aneurin Donald continues to work with the Medical Team as he recovers from a shoulder injury, with a view that he will be fit to play in the Falcons’ Vitality Blast campaign.

Northamptonsire sit third from bottom in the Rothesay County Championship Division Two, with one defeat and one draw to their name.
On-loan spinner, Calvin Harrison, claimed 11 wickets on debut against Lancashire, while Australian-born quick, Liam Guthrie, and homegrown seamer, Raphy Weatherall, have combined for 12 dismissals so far.
Saif Zaib is Northamptonshire’s sole centurion so far this campaign, having struck 116 last time out.
