Joe Hawkins named in England Under 19s Invitational side

Derbyshire Under 18s all-rounder, Joe Hawkins, has been called up for the England Under 19s Invitational side this summer.

The Derbyshire Under 18s captain has been called up for the Invitational XI, who will play against both India and England Under 19s in June.

Hawkins follows in the footsteps of Derbyshire Pathway graduate, Harry Moore, in representing England age groups in the past year. Moore also went on to represent England Lions in Australia last winter.

The call-up is a deserved reward for Hawkins, who has impressed with bat and ball at both Derbyshire Second Team and Under 18s level this season.
