Four Derbyshire Boys’ Pathway players will represent the Club at the upcoming Bunbury Festival, held at Loughborough University.
Theo Brown, Tommy Bush, Oscar Edwards and Lucas Green will feature for the Midlands-based Bunbury contingent in August, having already won a two-day red ball fixture against the South and West.
During the game, which happened earlier this week; Edwards registered an unbeaten half-century, Brown showcased his attacking ability with 60 runs and leg-spinner Bush and seamer Green were amongst the wickets.
With five white ball matches scheduled for early August, the Derbyshire quartet have even further chance to impress against the best players in the country in their age group.
In recent years, Yousaf Bin Naeem and Harry Moore were selected for the Bunbury Festival, with both players going on to receive professional contracts with the Club.
