Derbyshire Under 18s in ECB County Plate Final

Derbyshire Boys Under 18s will face Essex at Kibworth on Sunday 31 August, in the final of the ECB County Plate (10.45am). 

Derbyshire defeated Nottinghamshire in a thrilling semi-final at The Central Co-op County Ground to book their place in the final, while Essex overcame Devon in the last four.

Derbyshire’s Matthew Stewart is the leading wicket-taker in the competition, with eight dismissals, and batters  Rohan Vallabhaneni and Freddie Clarke are averaging more than 50 with the bat.
