The Central Co-op County Ground played host to local league finals on Thursday 14 & Friday 15 August, with four teams lifting silverware.
Derby City CC were the first winners, claiming the Wright Cup with 13-run win over Burton CC, before Abbots Bromley rounded out Thursday’s fixtures with an 18-run victory over Chesterfield CC, to claim the Bayley Cup.
On Friday, Spondon CC Second XI kicked things off with the Butterley Cup, defeating Derby Congregational CC by 18 runs, while Ockbrook & Borrowash CC denied Spondon a famous double, beating their First XI by six wickets in the Jackson Cup final.
