England face the T20 World Champions in Derby!

England Women host New Zealand in an IT20 at The Central Co-op County-Ground on Wednesday 20 May (6.30pm).

The Women’s T20 World Cup holders, led by Amelia Kerr, face an England side aiming to make more history in Derby.

Local League Finals to be played this week

The Central Co-op County Ground will play host to local league finals on Thursday 14 & Friday 15 August.

Entry will be free on both days, with bars open around the ground for refreshments. Please note, due to Derbyshire Falcons Men’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup at Repton School, there will be no live stream for the local league finals.

Alfreton, Denby, Derby Congs, Sawley, Tutbury, Ockbrook & Borrowash and Marehay will all be represented across the two days, with four trophies on the line.

Fixture schedule:

Thursday 14th August

Wright Cup Final – T20: Burton CC vs Derby City CC – 3:30pm

Bailey Cup Final – T20: Abbots Bromley CC vs Chesterfield CC 2nd XI – 6:45pm (approx)

Friday 15 August

Butterley Cup Final – 100 balls: Derby Congs CC vs Spondon CC 2nd XI – 4pm

Jackson Cup Final – 100 balls: Spondon CC vs Ockbrook & Borrowash CC – 6:30pm
