Andersson named in PCA Men’s Team of the Year

All-rounder, Martin Andersson, has been named in the 2026 PCA Men’s Team of the Year. 

Andersson enjoyed an excellent season across all formats, scoring a combined 1,734 runs including a high-score of 228 and claiming 40 wickets. He broke the Derbyshire Falcons record for best T20 bowling with 6-23 against Leicestershire.

He scored three centuries in the Rothesay County Championship and a further two in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup, while he formed an impressive opening partnership with Nye Donald in T20 cricket.
