Walkers and Talkers Walking Cricket: Monday 23 November

The first-ever Derbyshire Walkers & Talkers walking cricket event will take place on Monday 23 November at The OurCoop County Ground.

In our final Walkers & Talkers event of the year, we will be joined by some of Derbyshire’s walking cricketers, who will be partnering with Walkers & Talkers attendees for a short tournament in the cricket hall.

Attendees have the option to play, watch or go for a walk around the ground, before settling down for tea & coffee to enjoy a Q&A with some Derbyshire Men’s first team cricketers. Once signed up, you will be contacted via email to confirm whether you would like to play.

The tournament will kick off at 9.30am and will consist of four teams. There will be a brief tutorial before you make your OurCoop County Ground debut! This event is the first of its kind for our Walkers & Talkers programme and promotes having fun while being active, even in the winter months.
