Club Shop Terms & Conditions

1. All products are sold subject to the regulations of Derbyshire County Cricket Club (“the club”)
2. Pricing
   • The club reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
   • We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct and corresponds with In-Store prices. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to either cancel and refund your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due.
   • The club may run promotional offers, which may include a change in price, at any time.
3. Stock
   • The club reserves the right to change the advertised products without notice and liability where it is necessary to do so.
   • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display products authentically, products may vary slightly from the images.
4. Refund Policy
   • The club offer returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
   • This applies to products purchased both in-store and online
   • Exceptions to this Return Policy:
     3.1 Discounted, and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
     3.2 Returned items must have tags (where applicable) still attached and be returned in original product packaging
     3.3 Non-faulty or unwanted items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in a sellable condition.
   • To initiate a return (Online)
     4.1 Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
     4.2 Await acknowledgement from the club which states the return has been accepted
     4.3 Send all items back to: Derbyshire County Cricket Club, The Central Co-op County Ground, Nottingham Road, Derby, DE21 6DA
     4.4 Return postage costs must be covered solely by the customer
   • To initiate a return (In-store)
     • Visit Reception during designated opening hours, or In-store on a DCCC Senior Men’s Matchday.
     • Please note that postage fees are non-refundable or transferable to another sale
5. Delivery Information
   • All Online and telephone orders are subject to standard postage fee of £4.99
   • All items are sent using Royal Mail 2^nd Class
   • For orders of value over £100, The Club will provide tracked delivery free of charge.
   • The Club aims to process all orders within 3 working days. Should this deadline not be met, The Club will contact the customer advising of a dispatch date.
   • The Club will be closed on UK Bank Holidays, as well as for an extended period over Christmas. Please check our website for Christmas opening ours. During these periods, no order will be dispatched.
6. Online Gift Vouchers
   • All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months
   • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value.
   • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or transferable to an alternative department within the club e.g. Ticketing & Membership.
   • The Club is not liable to replace any gift vouchers that have been lost or mislaid by the customer.
   • All gift vouchers are valid for Online purchases only and cannot be redeemed In-store.
   • Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against postage fees
7. The club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
