Derbyshire signed seamer, Brett Randell, for the remainder of the Rothesay County Championship season.

Randell, 31, has claimed more than 100 first-class wickets in New Zealand domestic cricket at an average of 25.38, with best figures of 7-25, which came against Northern Districts in March of this year.

He made international headlines earlier this year when he became the first bowler in the history of first-class cricket to claim five wickets in as many balls.
