Derbyshire signed Australian opening batter, Caleb Jewell, for the full 2025 season.
Jewell, 27, is highly-rated in his home nation, with a high-score of 227, which came in a Sheffield Shield fixture against Western Australia in February 2024.
The left-handed batter has also compiled more than 2,200 runs across the white ball formats, with five List A centuries.
The Aussie won the 2024 edition of the Big Bash League in Australia with Hobart Hurricanes.
Jewell will be available for Derbyshire in all formats in 2025
