A promising all-rounder, Sophia McCollum goes into her second season with Derbyshire in Tier Two.
McCollum will be hoping to continue her development with the Falcons, and on-loan at Staffordshire, this year, after making appearances in the T20 cup and the Metrobank One Day Cup.
