Derbyshire to face Lancashire in pre-season friendly

Derbyshire will face Lancashire in a two-day friendly, starting on Monday 29 March, as they build match sharpness for the 2021 campaign. 

The match will take place at Emirates Old Trafford, as Dave Houghton’s side take on the 2019 County Championship Division Two winners in red ball action.

After a strong showing in the 2020 Bob Willis Trophy, Derbyshire are stepping up their preparations for the return of the LV= County Championship, starting on Thursday 8 April, with home friendlies against Yorkshire and Cardiff UCCE already confirmed.
