Following the announcement on Wednesday 14 July that Derbyshire’s home Vitality Blast fixture versus Yorkshire Vikings on 18 July has been cancelled by the England & Wales Cricket Board, the Club can provide the below update regarding tickets.
Refunds
All supporters who purchased a ticket for this fixture, whether for the original scheduled venue at Queen’s Park, Chesterfield, or the rearranged venue at The Incora County Ground, Derby, will be issued with a full refund for their order. Supporters do not need to contact the Club for the refund to be actioned.
This includes 2020 ticket buyers who deferred their tickets to 2021 and a full refund of each original purchase will be processed.
We kindly ask supporters not to contact the Club at this time to allow our Ticket Office to process all orders.
The Club is aware of a small number of incidents in which refunds made back onto debit/credit cards have failed due to an error with the external payment merchant and is actively contacting these supporters to issue manual refunds.
