Derbyshire fast bowler, George Scrimshaw, has been selected by Welsh Fire in The Hundred Wildcard draft.
Scrimshaw, who has been called up by England Lions for their upcoming ODIs against South Africa later this month, has taken 21 wickets in the Vitality Blast this season at an average of 23.85.
The 24-year-old will join Leus du Plooy in Wales, where they will play throughout August, while Derbyshire’s Wayne Madsen will also play for Manchester Originals.
