Wayne Madsen is pleased to have extended his time with Derbyshire, after the experienced batter signed a new two-year deal with the Club.
Madsen, who finished as the leading run-scorer in the 2022 LV= County Championship, has the third-highest amount of runs in Derbyshire history and will be hoping to move into second-place by the end of his new contract.
Having tasted success in 2012, when Derbyshire won the County Championship Division Two, Madsen believes even more success under Mickey Arthur is just around the corner.
