Interview: Lloyd speaks about captaincy appointment

New Club Captain, David Lloyd, speaks of his pride after being appointed ahead of the 2024 campaign.

Lloyd, who joined from Glamorgan at the end of last season, spoke to Club Media after being confirmed as captain, and outlined his vision for the County Championship this year.

He will captain the side in first-class cricket for the first time on Friday 5 April, when Derbyshire host Gloucestershire in the County Championship at The Incora County Ground.
