Road Closure: Chesterfield Festival

The BRM Chesterfield Festival of Cricket concludes this weekend with the Vitality Blast fixture between Derbyshire Falcons and Yorkshire Vikings at Queen’s Park on Sunday 7 July (2.30pm). The Club has been alerted to a scheduled road closure on the A617 which will impact supporters leaving the M1 at Junction 29.

Derbyshire County Cricket Club encourages all spectators to read its Matchday Guide before travelling to the venue and to plan journeys in advance and allow additional time when travelling to Queen’s Park. Gates open at 12.30pm.


A617 Road Closure

The A617 (Hasland Bypass) is scheduled to be closed on Sunday from Temple Normanton to the Hornsbridge Roundabout from 6am to 6pm. Diversions will be in place and supporters are encouraged to allow additional time for their journeys to Queen’s Park.
