Derbyshire Batting Coach Ben Smith spoke to Club Media having returned from a successful stint coaching Central Stags to the Super Smash title.
In charge of the Twenty20 setup with Central Stags, Smith led the side to trophy success, alongside tournament leading wicket taker Blair Tickner.
