Interview: Tom Poynton on overseas recruitment and transfer climate

Non-Executive Director – Cricket, Tom Poynton, spoke to Club Media at length about a variety of topics relating to Derbyshire cricket, from the Board strategy to Pathway development.

In the second part of the interview, Tom addresses the model Derbyshire use to approach overseas signings, how to navigate through the domestic and overseas markets as well as the reasons behind the recruitment of certain players.
