Derbyshire fast bowler, Harry Moore, will be out for a minimum of eight weeks with a back issue.
Moore, 17, picked up the injury during Derbysire’s pre-season friendly against SACA leaving the field on Day Two. The youngster will now begin his journey to recovery with the Club’s Medical Team
The England Lions prospect, who is a graduate of the Cricket Derbyshire Academy, became the Club’s youngest-ever debutant in August 2023 and has gone on to play both List A and first-class cricket. He signed a new three-year contract with Derbyshire at the end of last season, before representing England at Under 19s and Lions level over the winter.
