Derbyshire County Cricket Club is saddened to learn of the death of former First Class umpire Jeff Evans.
Jeff umpired in 261 first class matches, 224 List A games and 157 T20 fixtures and was an extremely popular figure on the county circuit for over 20 years, retiring from the first class game at the end of 2020.
Everyone connected with Derbyshire County Cricket Club sends their condolences to Jeff’s family and friends.
