Head of Women’s Cricket, Jon Dyson, says Derbyshire Falcons Women will learn from the experience of playing at The County Ground against Yorkshire Women, and will help them to develop their skills further.
The Falcons Women suffered a heavy defeat to Yorkshire, despite four wickets from 18-year-old Derbyshire Women & Girls Pathway member, Gemma Rose.
They will face the same opposition on Monday afternoon, as the Falcons return to T20 action in the Vitality Women’s County Cup, having won the ECB County Championship T20 Trophy last season.
