Special General Meeting next week

Derbyshire Members are invited to a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Wednesday 3 December, with one agenda item – a resolution to amend a small number of Club Rules.

The changes, as recommended by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) will further align the Club to the ECB’s Governance Framework and continue to ensure Derbyshire demonstrates a best-practice approach to governance.
