FALCONS DOUBLE-HEADER
It all kicks off with a Falcons double-header at The Central Co-op County Ground, with Matchday Partners, Her Game Too Cricket, joining us as the Falcons Women take on Sussex Sharks, before Mickey Arthur’s men face Durham in the evening.

LOCAL DERBIES
Bragging rights will be claimed and old scores will be settled when the Falcons host local rivals, Notts Outlaws and Yorkshire this summer!
The East Midlands Derbyshire returns to The Central Co-op County Ground on Friday 29 May, with the Falcons having claimed victory in their last two all-format meetings with the Outlaws and hoping to come out on top in the battle of the A52.
The Falcons will be aiming for a ninth-consecutive T20 win over Yorkshire at Queen’s Park on Sunday 28 June, when the two sides meet to close out a stacked BRM Chesterfield Festival of Cricket.

Lancashire Lightning travel to Derby on Wednesday 1 July, complete with a number of England internationals and global T20 stars. Then, on Wednesday 8 July, the champions come to Derby, as Somerset roll into town for their first ever T20 fixture at The Central Co-op County Ground.

The Falcons narrowly missed out on a place in the first-ever Women’s Vitality Blast knockout stages last season, and they’ll be hoping a strong winter recruitment drive can propel them to the next level.
