Pre-Match Pack: Cumbria Women (H)

Derbyshire Falcons Women have named a 12-player squad for their Vitality Blast T20 County Cup fixture against Cumbria at Denby CC, starting tomorrow (2.30pm scheduled start).

Jon Dyson has made three changes to his squad from The Falcons’ previous fixture against Glamorgan in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup.

Jessica Couser, Natasha Allen and Prisha Bedi come back into the fold in place of Rebecca Duckworth and Ria Fackrell who are both cup-tied, as well as Emily Hughes.

Rhiannon Knowling-Davies retains her place in the squad, after becoming the first Derbyshire Falcons Women player to take a five-wicket haul in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup.

Cumbria Women defeated Staffordshire by 31 runs to book their place in the second round of the competition.

Top order batter Laura Marshall put on 63 for wicket to put the game beyond Staffordshire’s reach.
