Head of Cricket, Mickey Arthur, says Derbyshire must start turning strong winning positions into the results, during an exclusive interview with Club Media.
At the halfway stage in the Vitality Blast, Arthur spoke of his frustration at seeing strong performances not reflected in results, the importance of taking responsibility in tight games, overseas players and his delight at the emergence of Nick Potts and Jack Morley.
As Derbyshire return to red ball action this week, Arthur also looked ahead to the upcoming BRM Chesterfield Festival of Cricket and his love of Queen’s Park.
