As another Vitality Blast season comes to a close, everyone at Derbyshire County Cricket Club would like to thank all supporters who joined us at The OurCoop County Ground this summer.
While the results on the field didn’t always go the way we hoped, one thing remained constant throughout the season – the incredible backing of The Falcons. Whether you attended one match or supported us throughout the season, your passion, energy and unwavering support helped create a fantastic atmosphere at every home fixture.
This summer marked an exciting new chapter for the Derbyshire Falcons matchday experience, with a number of new additions designed to make a visit to The OurCoop County Ground about much more than the cricket.
Supporters enjoyed our brand new FanZone for the 2026 season, featuring live music before play, creating the perfect place to meet friends, soak up the atmosphere and kickstart a night of T20 cricket. Alongside this, fans were able to enjoy an elevated food and drink offering, more family entertainment and activities, creating an enhanced matchday atmosphere from the moment the gates opened.

Planning is already well underway for next year’s Vitality Blast season, with further investment set to enhance every aspect of a Falcons matchday.
Our ambition is simple: to make Derbyshire Falcons matchdays one of the best sporting experiences in the region and a space for everyone, creating unforgettable evenings for families, friends and cricket fans alike.
Although the Vitality T20 Blast has come to an end, there’s still plenty of cricket to enjoy this summer. The Metro Bank One Day Cup gets underway this July and August, with The Falcons returning to The OurCoop County Ground for a series of exciting 50-over fixtures.
