Pre-Match Pack: Glamorgan (H)

The Falcons Men have named a 14-player squad for the Metro Bank One-Day Cup fixture against Glamorgan at Repton School (11am scheduled start).

Caleb Jewell, who is not contracted for this competition, returns to the squad having expressed a desire to support the Falcons’ One-Day Cup campaign and gain match readiness in preparation for Derbyshire’s final block of Rothesay County Championship fixtures.

Captain Harry Came scored an excellent 97 last time out and he leads a top-order containing the in-form Martin Andersson, who averages more than 65 with the bat in 50-over cricket this season.

With Pat Brown (shoulder), Amrit Basra (thumb), Zak Chappell (foot), and Harry Moore (back) are all out with injury, while Matthew Montgomery and Nye Donald remain unavailable due to their selection in The Hundred. Luis Reece is on compassionate leave.
