Under 14s in ECB U14 County Cup Final action tomorrow

Derbyshire Boys Under 14s will face Surrey Under 14s tomorrow (Wednesday 26 August) in the ECB U14 County Cup Final.

Having topped the group by winning all seven matches, the side have then beat Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire on the way to the final. They are the only side to go unbeaten throughout the tournament.

There have been multiple centurions for Derbyshire throughout the competition, with Jack Bloor, Colby Edwards, Toby Newsome, Josh Rosier and Ethan Wylde all reaching three figures.

Edwards has also registered the highest score in the tournament, smashing 203 off 124 balls against Cumbria in July.

Adullah Zahoor (16) and Seb Arnold (13) lead the way with the ball for the Under 14s, both taking their wickets at an average of less than 20.

The final will take place at Attenborough Cricket Club (Nottinghamshire) at 10.45am tomorrow.
