Bashir named in England squad for third Test

Derbyshire spinner, Shoaib Bashir, has been named in the England squad for the third Test against Pakistan at Edgbaston.

Bashir, who has 71 wickets in 21 Test appearances for England, was named in the squad for the first two Tests but did not make either XI, as England went with a pace-centred bowling attack on their way to consecutive victories.

The 22-year-old has been a regular member of the Derbyshire County Championship side this summer, having made the move from Somerset over the winter.
